CBD Tea FAQs

What is CBD tea??

CBD tea is a blend of cannabidiol and herbs and/or tea leaves. Both hemp and marijuana are part of the family of plants called cannabis. Cannabis plants boast about 100 different chemicals called cannabinoids. Hemp plants contain high levels of the chemical CBD, which is non-psychoactive. Our teas are a CBD product that offers the consumer the benefits in a tea. Though many such teas combine hemp oil extracted from the plant, our teas do not contain hemp oil, but instead use a water-soluble bioavailable form. Because oil and water don’t mix, CBD oil-based teas cannot extract in hot water. We incorporate a broad spectrum, water-soluble powder into our teas that allows the CBD in the tea to actually be delivered. With optimum bioavailability and maximum absorption, our 100% THC-free CBD teas provide important benefits.

What is CBD tea good for?

CBD has a plethora of widely known benefits, and when paired with herbs that boast similar health promoting properties, the combination is very effective. We have formulated our teas to marry the health benefits of herbs and CBD.

When should I drink CBD tea?

Enjoy multiple cups of our various blends throughout the day. However, cannabidiol is known to absorb best with a little dietary fat, so it is best to enjoy your CBD Buddha Teas with, or just after, a meal or snack that contains some fat. If you prefer to drink our CBD Matcha, you may want to avoid consuming too close to bedtime, as green tea does contain caffeine.

Does CBD tea contain THC?

Our teas have been produced and tested to ensure they contain ZERO THC. Though some states allow CBD products to be sold that contain less than .03% THC, our teas are guaranteed to not have any.
